Cancellation Policy
To ensure the efficient scheduling of our services, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. For paid packages, clients who cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window on two separate occasions will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee. This policy is implemented to respect the time of our staff and to minimize disruptions to our scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
